Answered by your own PC
Requests are answered by the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC. In ordinary operation AI Zeny does not persistently store the accounting data in those answers.
For businesses that run on BUSY Accounting
AI Zeny connects the accounting software on your Windows PC — starting with BUSY Accounting — to the systems, people and automations that need its data.
Read your books through an API, ask questions in plain language, run your own JavaScript on your PC, send payment reminders through your own provider and post vouchers once you approve them.
Free trial · no card or payment details · Pro-level features, without the AI Agent
Local mode: BUSY Accounting and the AI Zeny Windows app run on your PC. Your systems send a request, the Windows app reads BUSY and answers live. In ordinary operation AI Zeny does not persistently store the accounting data in those answers.
Cloud mode: the Windows app on your PC synchronizes an encrypted snapshot of your BUSY data to AI Zeny’s server approximately every 10–15 minutes. Your systems read the synchronized data around the clock, even when the PC is off. Answers reflect the last synchronization.
Two ways to connect
You choose how your integrations reach your BUSY data. The free trial includes both modes.
Compare Local and CloudRequests are answered by the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC. In ordinary operation AI Zeny does not persistently store the accounting data in those answers.
Encrypted snapshots of your BUSY data are stored on AI Zeny’s server and synchronized approximately every 10–15 minutes, so your integrations can read the synchronized data around the clock, even when the PC is off.
Cloud-mode answers reflect the last completed synchronization, not live data.
Exception, in either mode: with your explicit consent, a small sample can be sent to OpenAI to correct a wrong AI-built query. AI Zeny deletes its own temporary copy after the correction; what OpenAI keeps is governed by OpenAI’s terms.
Public API
Your own systems read BUSY through one versioned public API, with limits stated up front.
Read the developer documentation73 read operations in 16 families cover masters, products, customers and suppliers, ledgers, registers, orders and invoices, dashboards, inventory and ageing. Reading never changes your books.
Custom APIs let you run your own read-only SQL — one SELECT statement — or a saved query or named report through the same API, validated on your PC.
Every answer is one JSON envelope with a request id. API tokens are created in the portal, shown once, and can be limited to selected companies, set to expire and rotated with an overlap window.

AI agent and scripts
Scripts that run on your own PC, plain-language questions with the AI Agent (Max; not available yet), and nothing switched on without you.
Ask the AI agent (Max; not available yet) about your BUSY data — outstanding, sales, stock — and let it help build queries, reports, reminders and scripts.
Write functions that shape reports and automate work, or have the AI agent (Max; not available yet) draft them. Scripts are stored and run in the AI Zeny Windows app on your own PC, never in AI Zeny Cloud.
A script starts inactive. Inactive scripts still run when you preview or test them against your data; only API calls need the script to be activated, and only you activate it. The AI agent never activates a script or posts a voucher on its own.
Your responsibility
Preview and test runs execute the script for real, with whatever access you gave it, so check what a script does before you run it. You are responsible for what your scripts do and for their compliance.
Voucher posting
Orders from your app or payments from a gateway can become BUSY vouchers — only once you have reviewed and authorized them.
How voucher posting worksStep 1
See the voucher exactly as it would be posted.
Step 2
AI Zeny checks it before anything is written.
Step 3 · Your approval
Nothing is posted until you approve it.
Step 4
The voucher is posted to BUSY. If a posting fails or you are unsure it went through, check in BUSY before you try again.
Integrations
BUSY Accounting is the source. Every other connection is a configurable JavaScript pattern that runs in the AI Zeny Windows app and uses your own account with each provider.
The source
The first accounting integration: read your BUSY data through the API and post vouchers with your approval.
Send sales, outstanding or stock figures into your own sheets for reporting.
Keep customers, outstanding balances and sales current in the CRM you use.
Match gateway payments to BUSY receipts, and post them once you approve.
Send payment reminders and statements through your own messaging provider.
Give your website, ordering app or dealer portal the BUSY data it needs.
The BUSY connection plus the five configurable JavaScript patterns.
Reminders use your provider
AI Zeny does not send messages for you and provides no messaging service. You are responsible for recipient consent, opt-outs, your provider’s terms and the law; AI Zeny does not guarantee compliance.

Messages between AI Zeny and your PC travel through your own Pusher account. Normal usage is expected to fit Pusher’s free plan; Pusher sets and may change its limits.
Step 1: Register your organization
Enter your organization and your own details, then confirm the codes sent to your email and your WhatsApp number.
Step 2: Install AI Zeny for Windows
Install the Windows app on the PC that runs BUSY. It is a public download that needs no sign-in; the installer is unsigned, so Windows shows an “Unknown publisher” prompt first.
Step 3: Enrol that PC with a one-time code
Create the code in the AI Zeny portal and enter it in the Windows app. Each code works once and lasts 15 minutes by default.
Step 4: Connect your own Pusher account
Create a Pusher Channels app in your own Pusher account and enter its credentials in the portal. The secret is write-only and never shown again.
Step 5: Connect your BUSY company
Choose the BUSY companies the Windows app can read on that PC.
Step 6: Choose Local mode, Cloud mode or both — and use everything
Create API tokens, write scripts, set up reminders and post vouchers with your approval.
Access and control
Give each system its own API token, limited to the companies it needs, with an expiry if you want one.
You enrol the PC that runs BUSY with a one-time code from the portal, and you can revoke that enrolment there.
Each organization uses its own Pusher Channels account; Pusher sets and may change its own plan limits.
Who it is for
BUSY Accounting is AI Zeny’s first integration, and the platform is built to add further accounting and ERP software. Here is how different BUSY businesses use it.
Follow up party-wise outstanding with payment reminders, see salesman-wise sales and track pending sales orders.
Share price lists and group discounts with ordering tools, retrieve invoices and post orders as vouchers with your approval.
See daily and day-end sales across branches and stock ageing — and, in Cloud mode, keep dashboards running when shop PCs are off.
Follow material-centre and item-level movement, purchase registers and supplier bills, and shape reports with your own scripts.
If you serve several BUSY clients, set up access client by client, with ledgers, statements and custom SQL through the API and vouchers posted only with authorization.
