1. Parties and the service
These terms govern the AI Zeny service supplied by Velirden Technologies LLP, registered office H-117, Hatkeshwar Vihar, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh 456006, India ("we", "us"), to the organization that registers for it ("you"). The person who registers confirms that they are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
AI Zeny connects BUSY accounting data on your organization’s own PC to the systems you choose. It has three parts: the portal and the AI Zeny API (the cloud service), the AI Zeny Windows app installed on a PC you control, and the Local API that the app offers inside your network. The features and plans are described on this website; the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Notice form part of how the service is used.
2. Your organization account
An organization registers with an administrator whose email address and WhatsApp number must both be verified before the workspace opens. You must give accurate details, keep them up to date, and keep passwords, API tokens, enrollment codes and the Windows app’s local password or PIN confidential. You are responsible for what is done with your account, tokens and enrolled PC, and should revoke a token or PC as soon as you suspect misuse.
3. The Windows app, your PC and BUSY
You install the Windows app on a PC your organization controls and enrol it with a one-time enrollment code. You are responsible for that PC, its network and firewall, your BUSY installation and licence, and the access rights under which the app works with your BUSY data. Queries and the API’s read operations do not change BUSY data. Write APIs can create or change accounts, items and supported vouchers on your organization’s instructions; voucher posting writes to BUSY only after an authorized user of your organization authorizes it. Review write requests and check in BUSY before repeating a request whose result is unclear. AI Zeny is not a backup service, and you remain responsible for keeping your own backups of your accounting data.
The installer is not code-signed, so Windows shows it as coming from an unknown publisher. The app checks the integrity of each automatic update before installing it. Supported Windows and BUSY versions are those listed on the system requirements page at the time.
AI Zeny is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to the makers of BUSY Accounting Software. “BUSY” and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe compatibility.
4. Your data
Your accounting data, your queries, scripts and schedules, and the results they produce remain yours. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you, as described in the Privacy Notice. Where that data contains personal data about other people, your organization is responsible for having a lawful basis and giving any notice those people are entitled to, and we process it on your organization’s instructions.
Local API requests stay inside your network. Requests relayed through the AI Zeny API carry answers from your PC back to the caller; the service passes them through without storing the accounting data in them. In Cloud mode, encrypted snapshots of the BUSY data you choose to synchronize are stored on AI Zeny’s servers. The AI Agent is part of Max and is not available yet. Its described debugging exception would send a small sample to the OpenAI API only with your organization’s explicit consent to correct a wrong AI-built query. Records the Windows app keeps on your PC stay under your control.
5. Scripts, schedules, integrations and voucher postings
Queries and JavaScript scripts run in the Windows app on your PC. Scripts are not sandboxed as a security boundary; preview and test runs have real effects, and a script allowed to make web requests can send data to any address it calls. You decide what each script does, when it runs, which services it calls and what it sends, and you are responsible for its results and its compliance with law and with the terms of those services. AI-generated scripts start inactive and run in production only after you activate them.
You can configure scripts to call Google Sheets, CRM systems, payment gateways, WhatsApp, email, SMS or your own applications using accounts your organization holds. Where you connect a Google account through AI Zeny’s Google connection, authorized Sheets and Drive requests also pass through the AI Zeny cloud service as described in the Privacy Notice. Connected providers’ availability, pricing and terms are between you and them. Where you use voucher posting, a voucher is posted to BUSY only after an authorized user of your organization authorizes it, and you are responsible for reviewing what you authorize.
6. Services you connect
AI Zeny uses a Pusher Channels app that your organization creates and holds under Pusher’s terms and pricing; you enter its credentials in the portal. Messaging providers and any other service your scripts call are also your organization’s own choice and responsibility. We are not responsible for the availability, charges or conduct of services we do not provide.
7. Free trial, plans and payment
The free trial needs no card or payment details. It starts when you register; its length and its company, financial-year and device limits are those shown on the free-trial page and when you register. It gives Pro-level features, without the AI Agent. Plus includes reads, scripting and Google Sheets; Pro adds accounting writes; Max adds the AI Agent, which is not available yet. Services you use through your own accounts, such as Pusher or a messaging provider, have their own pricing.
A paid plan is arranged with us directly. Its price, the company count, financial-year scope and enrolled-device count it covers, taxes, the paid period and the payment method are confirmed in writing, in your order or invoice, before the paid period starts. AI Zeny does not currently take payments or set up automatic renewals through this website or the portal. Cancellation and refunds are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Availability, support and changes to the service
For help with the service, write to support@aizeny.com or use the phone and WhatsApp number on the contact page. No support hours, response time, uptime or repair-time guarantee is given in these terms. The service depends on your PC, network and BUSY installation and on third-party services, and relayed requests work only while the enrolled PC is on and connected.
We keep improving AI Zeny and may change features, limits and the Windows app. We will not make a change that materially reduces a paid plan during a paid period without telling you first.
9. Suspension and ending the service
We may suspend access, a token or an enrolled PC where needed to stop a breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, to protect the service or other customers, or where the law requires it. Where it is practical and lawful, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Any suspension or termination follows these terms and applicable law.
You can stop using AI Zeny at any time; access to a paid plan continues to the end of its paid period. To close your organization’s account, write to support@aizeny.com. Closing the account ends access and starts deletion of your account data, subject to records the law requires us to keep.
10. Responsibility and liability
We provide AI Zeny with reasonable skill and care, but it is provided as described on this website, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free or that it suits every purpose. Results depend on your BUSY data, your configuration and your scripts; check important figures and actions before relying on them.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by your scripts, your configuration, your PC or network, services you connect, or events outside our reasonable control, or for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or data you did not back up. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or removes rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators before they apply, and will not apply to an existing paid period without appropriate notice.
12. Governing law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by the law of India. Subject to rights and forums that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude, the courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India have jurisdiction.
