1. Access only data you are allowed to use
Connect AI Zeny only to BUSY companies and data your organization is entitled to access, and give API tokens and Local API access only to people and systems that should have them. Keep tokens, enrollment codes and passwords confidential, limit tokens to the companies a system needs, and revoke them when they are no longer needed.
2. Scripts, schedules and integrations
You are responsible for what your scripts do and for their compliance. Scripts are not sandboxed as a security boundary, preview and test runs have real effects, and a script allowed to make web requests can send data anywhere it calls. Test scripts before you activate them, allow web requests only where a script needs them, and send personal data only to services your organization is entitled to share it with.
Do not use scripts to run malicious code, to collect data you are not entitled to, to attack or overload other systems, or to get around the limits and controls of AI Zeny, BUSY or any connected service.
3. Messages to your customers
AI Zeny does not send messages for you: reminders and other messages go through your own messaging provider accounts. You are responsible for recipient consent, opt-outs, the content and timing of messages, your provider’s terms and the law on commercial communications. Do not send spam, misleading messages or messages to people who have opted out.
4. Write APIs and voucher postings
Write APIs can create or change accounts, items and supported vouchers. Submit changes your organization authorizes, review their content and check in BUSY before repeating a request whose outcome is unclear. Where you use voucher posting, a voucher is posted only after an authorized user of your organization authorizes it. Do not use AI Zeny to create false or misleading accounting entries.
5. The service and the law
Do not use AI Zeny to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, or to gain unauthorized access to any system or data. Do not probe, scan or test the security of AI Zeny’s servers, bypass rate or size limits, interfere with other customers, share access with people outside your organization, or copy, resell or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.
AI Zeny is independent of BUSY’s makers; use it in line with your BUSY licence.
6. Reporting misuse and what happens next
Report suspected misuse or a security concern to support@aizeny.com. A reported misuse can be reviewed with the customer. Any suspension or termination follows the Terms of Service and applicable law. This policy does not claim that we monitor each customer’s scripts, data or messages for compliance.
