A checklist for payment reminders from BUSY data
Reminders built from BUSY outstanding go out on the schedule and wording you set. Settle these points first, so the right customers get the right message.

Before you write the script
- Consent and opt-outs: know which customers agreed to be messaged on which channel, and how they stop. Keep a record; the consent log template is a starting point.
- Provider: an account with the WhatsApp, email or SMS provider you choose; its charges and terms are yours.
- Which bills: for example bills overdue by more than 30 days, from the pending-bills and receivables-ageing operations.
- Wording and frequency: what each message says, how often a customer can receive one, and what happens after payment.
AI Zeny does not send messages for you and provides no messaging service. You are responsible for recipient consent, opt-outs, your provider’s terms and the law; AI Zeny does not guarantee compliance.
Test, activate, watch
- Test the script with your own number or address as the recipient: test runs really send.
- Activate it when the messages are right.
- Watch your provider’s delivery reports; delivery is handled and reported by the provider.
Illustrative example
Illustrative example — not a customer case
A distributor sends one WhatsApp reminder a week to customers with bills more than 30 days overdue, only to customers who agreed to WhatsApp messages, and stops reminding a customer once the bill is cleared in BUSY.
