Does AI Zeny copy my BUSY data to the cloud?

In Local mode, requests are answered by the Windows app on your PC and, in ordinary operation, AI Zeny does not persistently store the accounting data in those answers. In Cloud mode, encrypted snapshots are stored on AI Zeny’s server and synchronized approximately every 10–15 minutes. See Local mode vs Cloud mode.

Do I need a static IP address or an open port?

Not for the public API: the Windows app connects outward to AI Zeny and your Pusher account. The Local API, if you use it, answers only your private local network.

What happens when the PC is switched off?

Cloud mode answers from the last synchronized snapshot. Live requests need the PC and answer 503 DEVICE_OFFLINE until it is back. See what happens when the PC is off.

Can the AI post a voucher on its own?

No. A voucher is previewed and validated, and posted only after you authorize it; the AI agent never posts one by itself. If a posting fails or its result is unclear, check in BUSY whether it was posted before you try again.

Where do my scripts run, and who can call them?

Scripts are stored and run in the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC — also when you use Cloud mode — whether you write them yourself or the AI agent drafts them. Inactive scripts can run for previews and tests, and those runs have real effects; API use requires you to activate the script. See testing scripts before you activate them.

Can I limit a token to one company?

Yes. When you create a token, choose “Selected companies” and enter the company codes. See create an API token.

Why does Windows say “Unknown publisher”?

The installer is not code-signed, so Windows shows it as coming from an unknown publisher. See the unknown-publisher warning.

Why do I need my own Pusher account, and will it cost money?

AI Zeny reaches your PC through a Pusher Channels app in your organization’s own account; there is no shared account. Normal AI Zeny usage is expected to fit Pusher’s free plan, based on Pusher’s published limits checked on 28 September 2026. Pusher sets its own plans, prices and capacity and may change them; AI Zeny does not guarantee them. The usage estimator shows the arithmetic.

Which BUSY versions work?

BUSY 21 and newer have full support; BUSY 18 has partial support, with some features not available. Support for BUSY releases that do not exist yet is not promised in advance. See system requirements.

What do I pay after the trial?

You can continue on Plus, Pro or Max. Plus reads your BUSY data, with scripting and Google Sheets; Pro adds accounting writes; Max adds the AI Agent, which is not available yet. Go, below Plus, includes none of these features. A price depends on the billing period, companies, financial years and enrolled devices you choose, and 18% GST is extra. Do you store my BUSY or SQL Server password?

AI Zeny Cloud does not. If you use a SQL Server login, its password is stored encrypted on the PC only; Microsoft Access companies need no password.

How fresh is Cloud-mode data?

As fresh as the last completed synchronization, which runs approximately every 10–15 minutes. Cloud-mode answers reflect the last completed synchronization, not live data.

Can I choose between Local and Cloud mode?

Yes, you choose Local mode, Cloud mode or both. Neither mode is tied to a plan: Go, Plus, Pro, Max and the free trial differ by features, not by mode.

Is there an SDK?

No SDK is published. The API is HTTPS with JSON; the developer documentation covers authentication, the envelope and errors.

Can I cancel?

The free trial needs no card or payment details. Services you use through your own accounts, such as Pusher or a messaging provider, have their own pricing. Cancellation and refunds for paid plans are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy on the legal pages.
