How AI Zeny handles your BUSY data

In short
- Local mode: Requests are answered by the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC. In ordinary operation AI Zeny does not persistently store the accounting data in those answers.
- Cloud mode: encrypted snapshots are stored on AI Zeny’s servers and synchronized approximately every 10–15 minutes. They are readable around the clock, but they are not live: answers reflect the last completed synchronization.
- Your scripts are stored and run in the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC, never in AI Zeny Cloud. They are not sandboxed, and preview and test runs have real effects.
- The AI agent (Max; not available yet) assists; you activate scripts and authorize every voucher posting. An AI provider sees a data sample only under a consent-based debugging exception.

- How long snapshots and account records are kept, and backup practice.
- The contracted email and WhatsApp code-delivery providers and their processing locations.
- A dedicated security-reporting channel or disclosure programme.
