Your data rights

How to ask Velirden Technologies LLP about your personal data in AI Zeny: which rights apply, how to make a request, and who to contact about a concern.

Last revised

1. Which rights apply

Today, under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, you can review the personal data you gave us, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent where we rely on consent, and raise a grievance. As the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 comes into force (its rights provisions take effect in May 2027, eighteen months after the commencement notification published in November 2025), you will also be able to ask for a summary of your personal data, how it is processed and who it has been shared with; ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it; nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to; and, after using our grievance process, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Some requests can be limited where the law requires us to keep a record, or to protect another person’s rights or the security of the service.

2. How to make a request

Write to support@aizeny.com. Say what you are asking for and, if your request is about an AI Zeny account, the organization’s name. Writing from the email address registered with the account helps us find it.

Many details can also be changed directly: administrators can update their profile, email address, WhatsApp number and password in the portal.

3. How we check it is you

Before acting on a request, we may ask you to confirm it from the registered email address or WhatsApp number, or for other information needed to confirm your identity. We use that information only to handle the request.

4. Data in an organization’s accounting records

If your details appear in the accounting records of a business that uses AI Zeny, for example as its customer or supplier, that business decides how they are used. Contact the business first; we will help it respond. You can also write to us and we will direct the request appropriately.

5. How requests are answered

Our Grievance Officer is Devendar Singh. Send grievances to support@aizeny.com, or write to Devendar Singh at our registered office: H-117, Hatkeshwar Vihar, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh 456006, India. We resolve grievances within one month of receiving them and answer other requests within the time the applicable law sets, telling you if we cannot fully meet a request and why. Every answer includes how to contact us. The mailbox support@aizeny.com is the company’s general mailbox; it is not a data protection officer.
