What you can do

  • Public API for your BUSY data

    73 read operations in 16 families, one JSON envelope, tokens you create and scope. Reading never changes your books.

    Live answers up to 2 MiB; larger answers are refused, never cut short.

  • Custom APIs and saved queries

    Run your own read-only SQL, a saved query or a named report through the same API, validated on your PC.

    Custom SQL is one SELECT statement.

  • AI agent

    Ask about your BUSY data in plain language, and let the agent help build queries, reports, reminders and scripts. Part of Max; not available yet.

    The agent never activates a script or posts a voucher by itself.

  • JavaScript on your PC

    Write functions that shape reports and automate work, or have the AI agent (Max; not available yet) draft them. Scripts are stored and run in the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC.

    Inactive scripts run for previews and tests; only API calls need activation. You are responsible for what your scripts do.

  • Configurable integrations

    Google Sheets, CRM, payment gateways, WhatsApp, email and SMS, and your own apps and APIs — as JavaScript patterns using your own accounts.

    No native connector is claimed for these categories.

  • Payment reminders

    Remind customers about outstanding bills over WhatsApp, email or SMS through your own messaging provider.

    AI Zeny sends nothing for you; recipient consent and your provider’s terms are your responsibility.

  • Local mode and Cloud mode

    Local mode answers from your PC. Cloud mode adds encrypted snapshots synchronized approximately every 10–15 minutes, readable around the clock.

    Neither mode is tied to a plan.

How the parts fit together

On your PC, BUSY Accounting and the AI Zeny Windows app run side by side. The Windows app reads BUSY, runs your scripts and offers a Local API to software on the PC or your network.

The Windows app connects out to your organization’s own Pusher channel; AI Zeny’s cloud uses that channel to pass live requests from the public API to your PC and the answers back. In Cloud mode the Windows app also synchronizes an encrypted snapshot to AI Zeny’s server approximately every 10–15 minutes.

Your systems call the public API with an API token, or the Local API on your network.

Each organization enrols the Windows PC that runs BUSY with a one-time code and brings its own Pusher Channels account; AI Zeny holds no shared messaging account. See how a request travels · About AI Zeny
