What it does
- Gives your apps, portals, sheets and reports the BUSY data they need, named by company and financial year.
- Returns every answer in one JSON envelope with a request id, so errors and results are handled the same way everywhere.
- Streams one long report, the credit-line stage report, line by line.
- Reads only: no read operation changes your books.
What you need
- An enrolled PC with the AI Zeny Windows app connected to your BUSY company.
- An API token created in the portal for each system — shown once, optionally limited to selected companies, optionally set to expire, rotatable with an overlap window.
Plus reads your BUSY data, with scripting and Google Sheets; Pro adds accounting writes; Max adds the AI Agent, which is not available yet. Go, below Plus, includes none of these. Every plan, the free trial included, has the end-to-end encrypted BUSY backup. Local mode and Cloud mode are not tied to a plan. The free trial gives Pro-level features, without the AI Agent.
Where answers come from
A live request is answered by the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC in the same request, while the PC is on and connected.
In Cloud mode the API answers from the encrypted snapshot synchronized approximately every 10–15 minutes, around the clock, even when the PC is off. Cloud-mode answers reflect the last completed synchronization, not live data.

- Request bodies up to 16 KiB; answers up to 2 MiB — larger answers are refused, never cut short.
- A standard read request waits up to 140 seconds; 4 requests can be in flight per organization. Write and streaming operations have their own limits in the operation reference.
- Up to 5 financial years per request, on operations that accept several years.
- The credit-line stream runs for up to 5 minutes and 64 MiB.
- Current limits; they may change with notice.
These are technical limits of each request and apply the same way on every plan and during the free trial. The free trial also has its own length and company, financial-year and device limits, shown on the free-trial page and when you register.
