Quickstart
What you need and the rules every request follows, from creating a token to reading your first answer.
Before you start
- An AI Zeny organization with the Windows app enrolled on the PC that holds your BUSY data, and that organization’s Pusher account set up in the portal. The get-started guide covers these steps.
- The PC switched on and connected: every BUSY operation is answered by the Windows app on that PC.
- The code of the BUSY company you want to read, as it is set up in the Windows app.
Your first request
Step 1: Create a token
An organization administrator creates an API token in the AI Zeny portal (Organization → API tokens), optionally limited to selected companies and optionally expiring. Copy it when it is shown.Step 2: Send it as a bearer token
Every call carries exactly one credential: the headerAuthorization: Bearer az_pat_…. No other token, session, PIN or password is accepted, and never in a body or query string.Step 3: Call an operation
Calls go to https://api.aizeny.com/v1/…; the version is the first path segment. Every BUSY operation is a POST and needscompanyCodeand a four-digitfinancialYear(2026means April 2026 to March 2027).Step 4: Read the envelope
Checksuccess, usedata, and keepmetadata.requestId: it matches theX-Request-Idheader and the entry on your organization’s Activity page.

The operations page gives each operation’s route, body, paging, answer members, errors and an example request.
