The eight steps

  1. Step 1: Register

Choose Start Free Trial and enter your organization name, your name, email, country and WhatsApp number, and a password. Confirm the code sent to your email and the code sent to your WhatsApp number to open the portal.
  2. Step 2: Download and install AI Zeny for Windows

Install it on the PC that holds your BUSY data. The download is public and needs no sign-in. The installer is not code-signed, so Windows warns about an unknown publisher; the installation guide shows what to expect.
  3. Step 3: Enrol the PC with a one-time code

In the portal, create an enrollment code and enter it in the Windows app. A code works once and lasts 15 minutes by default.
  4. Step 4: Create your organization’s Pusher account

AI Zeny reaches your PC through a Pusher Channels app in your organization’s own Pusher account; AI Zeny holds no shared messaging account. Create the account and a Channels app with Pusher.
  5. Step 5: Enter the Pusher credentials in the portal

An administrator enters the app ID, key, secret and cluster in the portal. The secret is write-only: it is stored and never shown again.
  6. Step 6: Test the connection

Run the connection test in the portal, so the portal and the Windows app can reach each other through your Pusher app.
  7. Step 7: Connect your BUSY company

In the Windows app, choose the BUSY companies it may read on that PC. BUSY data on SQL Server or Access is supported.
  8. Step 8: Use Local mode, Cloud mode or both

Local mode: live requests are answered by the Windows app, so the PC must be on and connected. Cloud mode: encrypted snapshots synchronized approximately every 10–15 minutes stay readable when the PC is off, and answers reflect the last synchronization. Neither mode is tied to a plan. Scripts always run in the Windows app on the PC, also in Cloud mode.

What you need before you start

  • An email address and a WhatsApp number to confirm when you register.
  • The PC that holds your BUSY data, where you can install AI Zeny for Windows.
  • A Pusher account for your organization, which you create during step 4.

Pusher

Normal AI Zeny usage is expected to fit Pusher’s free plan, based on Pusher’s published limits checked on 28 September 2026. Pusher sets its own plans, prices and capacity and may change them; AI Zeny does not guarantee them.

Local mode, Cloud mode and your PC

  • In Local mode, live requests are answered by the Windows app, so the PC must be on and connected.
  • Cloud mode answers from encrypted snapshots synchronized approximately every 10–15 minutes, also when the PC is off. Cloud-mode answers reflect the last completed synchronization, not live data.

Scripts

Scripts are stored and run in the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC — also when you use Cloud mode — whether you write them yourself or the AI agent drafts them. Inactive scripts can run for previews and tests, and those runs have real effects; API use requires you to activate the script.
