Read and write APIs, custom APIs, scripts, Google Sheets, integrations, reminders and voucher posting, in Local mode and Cloud mode. The AI Agent is part of Max and is not available yet.

What you need
- A 64-bit Windows PC that runs BUSY Accounting, on SQL Server or Access, where you can install a Windows service.
- A Pusher Channels account of your own. Each organization uses its own Pusher Channels account; Pusher sets and may change its own plan limits. Normal usage is expected to fit Pusher’s free plan.
From registration to your first answer

Step 1: Register
Enter your organization name, your name, email, country and WhatsApp number, and choose a password. Then confirm the code sent to your email and the code sent to your WhatsApp number. - 2
Step 2: Download and install AI Zeny for Windows
Install the Windows app on the PC that runs BUSY. The download is public and needs no sign-in. The installer is unsigned, so Windows shows an “Unknown publisher” prompt; confirm it to continue. - 3
Step 3: Enrol the PC with a one-time code
In the AI Zeny portal, create an enrollment code and enter it in the Windows app. A code works once and lasts 15 minutes by default. - 4
Step 4: Create your own Pusher account
AI Zeny reaches your PC through a Pusher Channels app in your own Pusher account. Create the app in your Pusher account. - 5
Step 5: Enter the Pusher credentials and test the connection
Enter the app ID, key, secret and cluster in the portal and test them. The secret is write-only and never shown again. - 6
Step 6: Connect your BUSY company
In the Windows app, choose the BUSY companies it can read on that PC. - 7
Step 7: Choose Local mode, Cloud mode or both
Local mode: Requests are answered by the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC. In ordinary operation AI Zeny does not persistently store the accounting data in those answers. Cloud mode: encrypted snapshots synchronized approximately every 10–15 minutes, readable around the clock. Exception, in either mode: with your explicit consent, a small sample can be sent to OpenAI to correct a wrong AI-built query. AI Zeny deletes its own temporary copy after the correction; what OpenAI keeps is governed by OpenAI’s terms. - 8
Step 8: Use everything
Create API tokens, write and activate scripts, set up integrations and reminders, and post vouchers with your approval.

After the trial
When the trial ends, you can continue on Plus, Pro or Max. Plus reads your BUSY data, with scripting and Google Sheets; Pro adds accounting writes; Max adds the AI Agent, which is not available yet. Go, below Plus, includes none of these features.
The trial needs no card or payment details. Services you use through your own accounts, such as Pusher or a messaging provider, have their own pricing. A paid price depends on the billing period, companies, financial years and enrolled devices you choose, and 18% GST is extra. See current prices
