Will AI Zeny run on your PC and your BUSY?

These are the Windows versions, BUSY versions and connections AI Zeny for Windows supports. Only confirmed requirements are listed here.

Supported setup

Windows
Windows 11 · Windows 10 · Windows Server 2016 and newer (64-bit). Windows 10: see the note below.
Runtime
Included with the app; the .NET runtime is not installed separately.
BUSY Accounting
BUSY 21 and newer: full support. BUSY 18: partial support — some features are not available.
BUSY company data
On SQL Server or in Microsoft Access, reachable from the PC where the app runs.
BUSY data in Microsoft Access
The 64-bit Microsoft Access ODBC driver (“Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb)”) installed on the PC, and the BUSY data folder readable by the AI Zeny service account. Not needed for SQL Server.
BUSY data on SQL Server
No separate driver. Sign in with the AI Zeny service account (Windows sign-in) or a SQL Server login.
Windows services
The installer adds the Windows services the app runs with.
Connections
An internet connection from the PC to AI Zeny and to your organization’s Pusher account.
Pusher
A Pusher Channels account owned by your organization.

Microsoft Access driver setup

Missing the 64-bit Access driver? Follow the Access Runtime download and installation guide to check Office compatibility and test your connection again.

Windows 10

Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 Home and Pro on 14 October 2025. AI Zeny still supports Windows 10.

BUSY versions

BUSY 18: partial support — some features are not available. If you run BUSY 18, ask AI Zeny about the features you need before you rely on them. Support for BUSY releases that do not exist yet is not promised in advance.

Your Pusher account

Each organization uses its own Pusher Channels account. Normal AI Zeny usage is expected to fit Pusher’s free plan, based on Pusher’s published limits checked on 28 September 2026. Pusher sets its own plans, prices and capacity and may change them; AI Zeny does not guarantee them.

This page does not publish hardware minimums such as memory or disk space. If you are unsure whether a PC is suitable, ask AI Zeny before you install.
