How AI Zeny connects to BUSY Accounting
The AI Zeny Windows app runs on the PC with your BUSY companies. It reads them for the API, the AI agent (Max; not available yet) and your scripts, and posts vouchers into them after you authorize each one.

What the BUSY connection does
- Reads the BUSY companies you configure on the PC — masters, ledgers, registers, orders, invoices and stock.
- Serves that data to the public API, the Local API, the AI agent (Max; not available yet) and your scripts.
- Posts vouchers into BUSY only after your authorization.

Step 1: Install and enrol
Install the AI Zeny Windows app on the PC with BUSY and enrol it with a one-time code. - 2
Step 2: Add the company
Choose the BUSY company in the Windows app; SQL Server and Access companies are both supported. - 3
Step 3: Use it
Create API tokens for your systems and build scripts on that company.

What you need to set up
- BUSY Accounting on a 64-bit Windows PC, with companies on SQL Server or Access reachable from that PC.
- The AI Zeny Windows app, which installs a Windows service, enrolled with a one-time code from the portal.
Plus reads your BUSY data, with scripting and Google Sheets; Pro adds accounting writes; Max adds the AI Agent, which is not available yet. Go, below Plus, includes none of these. Every plan, the free trial included, has the end-to-end encrypted BUSY backup. Local mode and Cloud mode are not tied to a plan. The free trial gives Pro-level features, without the AI Agent.

Where the data goes
- BUSY data is read on the PC by the Windows app.
Local mode: Requests are answered by the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC. In ordinary operation AI Zeny does not persistently store the accounting data in those answers.
Cloud mode: encrypted snapshots synchronized approximately every 10–15 minutes, readable around the clock. Cloud-mode answers reflect the last completed synchronization, not live data.
Exception, in either mode: with your explicit consent, a small sample can be sent to OpenAI to correct a wrong AI-built query. AI Zeny deletes its own temporary copy after the correction; what OpenAI keeps is governed by OpenAI’s terms.
Limits
- BUSY 21 and newer: full support.
- BUSY 18: partial support — some features are not available.
- Support for BUSY releases that do not exist yet is not promised in advance.
