1. Register status
A complete, verified subprocessor register is not published yet. This does not mean AI Zeny uses no service providers: the contracted entities and locations for some roles have not been confirmed for publication. A provider is named here only when its role is verified. Customers that need the current list before using AI Zeny can write to support@aizeny.com.
2. Providers that run parts of AI Zeny
- Hosting — runs the website, the portal and the AI Zeny API and stores the service’s records. AI Zeny is hosted by DigitalOcean in India.
- Email delivery (SMTP) — sends verification codes, account email and messages from the website contact form to AI Zeny support. Provider: not yet confirmed for publication.
- WhatsApp code delivery — sends WhatsApp verification codes through a WhatsApp messaging service. Provider: not yet confirmed for publication.
- GitHub (GitHub, Inc.) — publishes the Windows app’s update files; the app on your PC downloads them directly from GitHub, which sees your network address. Verified in the Windows app’s update code.
- OpenAI (OpenAI API) — the described AI debugging exception would send a small sample only with explicit consent. The AI Agent is part of Max and is not available yet. See AI and your data.
3. Providers your organization chooses
These are not our subprocessors: your organization holds the account and its terms directly.
- Pusher Channels — your organization’s own Pusher app carries requests from the AI Zeny API to your PC.
- Google — your organization’s connected Google account holds the Sheets and Drive files it chooses to use. AI Zeny processes the authorized connection and requests as described in the Privacy Notice.
- Messaging providers (WhatsApp, email, SMS) and any other service your scripts call.
