Voucher posting
Post vouchers into BUSY — only after you authorize them
Orders from your ordering app, receipts from a payment gateway or entries drafted by the AI agent (Max; not available yet) can become BUSY vouchers. Each one is previewed and validated first, and nothing is posted until you authorize it.

What it does
- Turns orders, receipts and other transactions from your integrations and workflows into BUSY vouchers.
- Shows you each voucher exactly as it would be posted, with validation before anything is written.
- Tells you when a posting fails. If a posting fails or its result is unclear, you check in BUSY whether the voucher was posted before you try again.
What you need
- An enrolled PC with the AI Zeny Windows app connected to the BUSY company you post into.
- The source of the transactions — your app, a gateway pattern, a script or the AI agent (Max; not available yet).
Plus reads your BUSY data, with scripting and Google Sheets; Pro adds accounting writes; Max adds the AI Agent, which is not available yet. Go, below Plus, includes none of these. Every plan, the free trial included, has the end-to-end encrypted BUSY backup. Local mode and Cloud mode are not tied to a plan. The free trial gives Pro-level features, without the AI Agent.
From draft to posted voucher
- 1
Step 1: Preview
The voucher is prepared and shown to you exactly as it would be posted. - 2
Step 2: Validate
AI Zeny checks it before anything is written to BUSY. - 3
Step 3: You authorize
Nothing is posted until you approve it. The AI agent cannot approve for you. - 4
Step 4: Post
The approved voucher is posted to your BUSY company. - 5
Step 5: Check before any retry
If the posting fails or you are unsure whether it went through, check your BUSY company for the voucher first. Trying again is your decision.
Step 1 of 5: Preview
Authorization is always yours
Reading through the API never changes your books; posting is the only write, and it happens only with your authorization. The AI agent can draft a voucher, but it never posts one by itself.
Limits and responsibilities
- Review what you authorize: an authorized voucher is posted to your books.
- Before posting again after a failure or an unclear result, check in BUSY whether the voucher already exists, so it is not posted twice.
