The AI agent turns a question into a query, runs it against your BUSY data and shows you the result. It also drafts reports, reminders and scripts — which stay under your control.

What it does
- Answers questions such as “Which customers have bills outstanding for more than 90 days?” or “What were yesterday’s sales by branch?” by building a query and retrieving the result.
- Helps with workflows: it drafts a report layout, a reminder message or a JavaScript function from a plain-language request.
- Hands every draft to you. A drafted script starts inactive; a drafted posting waits for your authorization.
What you need
- An enrolled PC with the AI Zeny Windows app connected to your BUSY company.
- Your questions in plain English, using the names you use in BUSY — customers, ledgers, items, branches.
Plus reads your BUSY data, with scripting and Google Sheets; Pro adds accounting writes; Max adds the AI Agent, which is not available yet. Go, below Plus, includes none of these. Every plan, the free trial included, has the end-to-end encrypted BUSY backup. Local mode and Cloud mode are not tied to a plan. The free trial gives Pro-level features, without the AI Agent. The AI Agent is part of Max only; Go, Plus, Pro and the free trial do not include it.

The result comes back from your BUSY data; you can refine the question or keep the query.
You stay in control
The agent assists; it does not act on its own. It never activates a script and never posts a voucher by itself — you test and activate scripts, and you authorize every posting.
In normal use the agent builds queries and retrieves results; it does not send your accounting data in full to a third-party AI provider.
When a query needs correcting
If a query the AI agent built returns a wrong result, and only with your explicit consent, a small relevant sample of the affected data can be sent to the OpenAI API to correct it. AI Zeny deletes its own temporary copy immediately after the correction; you can delete it yourself at any time, and a nightly cleanup removes anything left.
What OpenAI keeps or does with data sent this way is governed by OpenAI’s own terms, not by AI Zeny’s deletion.
Limits and responsibilities
- Check an answer before you act on it, as you would a report prepared by someone else.
- Review every script and every voucher the agent drafts before you run, activate or authorize it.
