Create an API token

Tokens let your own systems call the AI Zeny API for your organization. Give each system its own.

Create it

Step 1: Open API tokens
In the portal, open “API tokens” and choose “Create token”.
Step 2: Describe it
Enter a “Name”, for example Nightly export. Under “Company access”, choose “All companies” or “Selected companies” and enter the company codes.
Step 3: Choose its permissions
Under “Permissions”, choose one of the options shown: “Read only”, “Write only” or “Read and Write”. Give a reporting system Read only. The permission cannot be changed later; to change it, create a new token.
Step 4: Set an expiry if you want one
“Expires (optional)”: leave it empty for no expiry.
Step 5: Confirm and copy
Enter your portal password to confirm. The token is shown once and cannot be retrieved afterwards: choose “Copy token”, store it in your own secret manager, then “I have saved it”.

An organization can have up to 20 active tokens.
A token not used for 90 days is flagged in the table as a reminder; it keeps working until you revoke it.
