WhatsApp, email and SMS

Message customers from BUSY data, through your own provider

A script on your PC reads BUSY data — outstanding bills, statements, order status — and sends messages over the channels you choose, through the WhatsApp, email or SMS provider you already use.

Configurable JavaScript pattern — built with your own scripts and your own provider account; not a native connector

The problem it solves

  • Staff send reminders and statements one by one from their own phones.
  • Messages go out inconsistently, and some customers are missed.

How the pattern works

  1. Step 1: Choose your channels

WhatsApp, email, SMS — one of them or several — each through a provider account you hold.
  2. Step 2: Script the message

The script reads the BUSY data and builds each message in your wording.
  3. Step 3: Send and check

It calls your provider; delivery is handled and reported by the provider.

BUSY data it reads

Customers with pending bills · One customer's pending bills · Bill-wise statement · Is this WhatsApp number a customer?

What you need to set up

  • An account with each messaging provider you use, and its sending details.
  • Customers’ contact details and their consent to be messaged.
  • A script that you test and activate.

Plus reads your BUSY data, with scripting and Google Sheets; Pro adds accounting writes; Max adds the AI Agent, which is not available yet. Go, below Plus, includes none of these. Every plan, the free trial included, has the end-to-end encrypted BUSY backup. Local mode and Cloud mode are not tied to a plan. The free trial gives Pro-level features, without the AI Agent.

What you control

  • You decide who is messaged, what is said and through which provider.
  • Test runs are real and can send messages — test with your own number first.

Scripts

Scripts are stored and run in the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC — also when you use Cloud mode — whether you write them yourself or the AI agent drafts them. Inactive scripts can run for previews and tests, and those runs have real effects; API use requires you to activate the script.

Your provider

You choose the provider, configure it and use your own account with it. Its permissions, charges and terms are between you and the provider; they are not part of the AI Zeny trial.

Messages and consent

AI Zeny does not send messages for you and provides no messaging service. You are responsible for recipient consent, opt-outs, your provider’s terms and the law; AI Zeny does not guarantee compliance.

Where the data goes

  • Message content built from BUSY data goes from your PC to your provider, and from your provider to the recipient.

Limits

  • A configurable pattern, not a native WhatsApp, email or SMS integration.
  • Your provider’s delivery, limits and charges apply.
