Wholesalers
Wholesalers: current prices where orders are taken, and orders into BUSY with approval
Wholesale runs on price lists, group discounts and large orders. AI Zeny gives your ordering tools BUSY’s current prices and discounts, and turns the orders they collect into vouchers you authorize.

The decisions wholesalers make every day
- Is every buyer seeing the right price and discount for their group?
- Can an order reach BUSY without being typed in again?
- Can a buyer get an invoice copy without phoning the office?
An example
Illustrative scenario — not a customer story
- A wholesaler’s ordering app reads price-category prices and each buyer’s product-group discount from BUSY.
- Orders from the app are prepared as vouchers; the office reviews and authorizes them before they are posted.
How a wholesaler sets it up
- 1
Step 1: Prices and discounts out
Your ordering app reads price lists, date-wise prices and group discounts through the API. - 2
Step 2: Orders in, with approval
Orders become vouchers only after you authorize them. - 3
Step 3: Invoices on request
The app retrieves sale invoices for buyers.
BUSY data it reads
Price-category prices · Latest date-wise prices · Customer product-group discounts · Product group hierarchy · Sale invoices
What you need to set up
- An ordering app or portal that calls the API.
- Someone to authorize orders before posting.
Plus reads your BUSY data, with scripting and Google Sheets; Pro adds accounting writes; Max adds the AI Agent, which is not available yet. Go, below Plus, includes none of these. Every plan, the free trial included, has the end-to-end encrypted BUSY backup. Local mode and Cloud mode are not tied to a plan. The free trial gives Pro-level features, without the AI Agent.
What you control
- Each app has its own scoped token.
- Nothing is posted without your authorization.
Voucher posting
Where the data goes
- Prices and invoices go from your PC to your ordering tools; authorized orders go into BUSY.
Local mode: Requests are answered by the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC. In ordinary operation AI Zeny does not persistently store the accounting data in those answers.
Cloud mode: encrypted snapshots synchronized approximately every 10–15 minutes, readable around the clock. Cloud-mode answers reflect the last completed synchronization, not live data.
Exception, in either mode: with your explicit consent, a small sample can be sent to OpenAI to correct a wrong AI-built query. AI Zeny deletes its own temporary copy after the correction; what OpenAI keeps is governed by OpenAI’s terms.
Limits
- Answers up to 2 MiB — large price lists are paged.
These are technical limits of each request and apply the same way on every plan and during the free trial. The free trial also has its own length and company, financial-year and device limits, shown on the free-trial page and when you register.
