Accountants and CAs
Accountants and CAs: work with each client’s BUSY data
If you look after several BUSY clients, access is set up client by client: AI Zeny works where each client’s BUSY data is, every API token is limited to the companies it may reach, and vouchers are posted only with authorization.

What accountants ask
- Can I read a client’s ledgers and statements without visiting?
- Can I run my own checks with SQL?
- Who approves a voucher I prepare for a client?
How access is set up for a client
- 1
Step 1: Where the client’s BUSY data is
The AI Zeny Windows app is installed and enrolled on the PC that holds the client’s BUSY company, under the AI Zeny organization that manages it. - 2
Step 2: Access limited to that client
An administrator of that organization creates an API token for your tools and limits it to the client’s companies. - 3
Step 3: Postings with authorization
Vouchers you prepare are posted only after they are authorized; the AI agent never posts one by itself.
BUSY data it reads
Customer ledger (one or more years) · Bill-wise statement · Account consolidated summary · Execute one read-only SELECT
What you need to set up
- An AI Zeny organization with the Windows app enrolled on the PC that holds the client’s BUSY data.
- That organization’s own Pusher account, configured by its administrator in the portal.
- An API token for your tools, limited to the companies you work on.
Plus reads your BUSY data, with scripting and Google Sheets; Pro adds accounting writes; Max adds the AI Agent, which is not available yet. Go, below Plus, includes none of these. Every plan, the free trial included, has the end-to-end encrypted BUSY backup. Local mode and Cloud mode are not tied to a plan. The free trial gives Pro-level features, without the AI Agent.
What you control
- Each token is limited to selected companies and can be rotated or revoked by the organization’s administrator.
- Agree with each client who administers the organization and who authorizes postings.
Voucher posting
Where the data goes
- A client’s data goes from the PC that holds it to the tools the token was created for.
Local mode: Requests are answered by the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC. In ordinary operation AI Zeny does not persistently store the accounting data in those answers.
Cloud mode: encrypted snapshots synchronized approximately every 10–15 minutes, readable around the clock. Cloud-mode answers reflect the last completed synchronization, not live data.
Exception, in either mode: with your explicit consent, a small sample can be sent to OpenAI to correct a wrong AI-built query. AI Zeny deletes its own temporary copy after the correction; what OpenAI keeps is governed by OpenAI’s terms.
Limits
- In Local mode the PC that holds the client’s BUSY data must be on and connected to answer.
