When customers pay online, the gateway knows first and BUSY learns later — usually by hand. A script can read the gateway’s settlement data with your gateway account’s access, match it to pending bills and prepare receipts you authorize.

The problem it solves

  • Gateway payments are matched to bills by hand at the end of the day.
  • A customer’s balance in BUSY lags behind what they have actually paid.

How the pattern works

  1. Step 1: Read the payments

    The script reads settled payments from your gateway account.

  2. Step 2: Match them to bills

    It looks up the customer’s pending bills in BUSY.

  3. Step 3: Prepare and authorize receipts

    Receipts are prepared as vouchers and posted only after you authorize them.

What you need to set up

  • Your payment gateway account with access to its payment or settlement data.
  • A script, tested and activated by you.
  • Someone to review and authorize receipts.

Plus reads your BUSY data, with scripting and Google Sheets; Pro adds accounting writes; Max adds the AI Agent, which is not available yet. Go, below Plus, includes none of these. Every plan, the free trial included, has the end-to-end encrypted BUSY backup. Local mode and Cloud mode are not tied to a plan. The free trial gives Pro-level features, without the AI Agent.

What you control

  • Every receipt is posted only after your authorization.
  • Unmatched payments stay with you to resolve.

Scripts

Scripts are stored and run in the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC — also when you use Cloud mode — whether you write them yourself or the AI agent drafts them. Inactive scripts can run for previews and tests, and those runs have real effects; API use requires you to activate the script.

Voucher posting

A voucher is previewed and validated, and posted only after you authorize it; the AI agent never posts one by itself. If a posting fails or its result is unclear, check in BUSY whether it was posted before you try again.

Your provider

You choose the provider, configure it and use your own account with it. Its permissions, charges and terms are between you and the provider; they are not part of the AI Zeny trial.

Where the data goes

  • Payment data comes from your gateway to your PC; approved receipts go into BUSY.

Limits

  • A configurable pattern, not a built-in connector for any named gateway.
  • Your gateway’s access rules, limits and charges apply.
