DEVICE_OFFLINE: the PC is not connected
The API answers 503 DEVICE_OFFLINE when the enrolled PC is not connected. The answer includes Retry-After: 30.

What to check
- The PC is switched on and AI Zeny is running on it.
- The PC has an internet connection.
- The portal’s “Device” or “Pusher” page shows “Connected” (connection states).
- Then retry after the
Retry-Afterinterval.
In Cloud mode, requests answered from the synchronized snapshot do not need the PC.
