Pusher connection states
The portal’s “Pusher” and “Device” pages show whether your PC is reachable through your Pusher app.
Facts reviewed on
In the portal
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Connected | The PC is connected through your Pusher app. |
| Not connected | AI Zeny is not running on this PC, or it has no internet. |
| Status unknown | Pusher could not be reached to check. This does not mean the PC is off. |
| Pusher not set up | No Pusher credentials are saved and enabled yet. |
In the Windows app
The Windows app’s service panel can show, for example, “Waiting for this PC to be enrolled”, “Pusher not configured by your administrator”, “Connecting” or “Disconnected, retrying”. It keeps retrying on its own.
