Report in Google Sheets from BUSY data
If your monthly review lives in a spreadsheet, feed it from BUSY instead of re-typing. A script writes the figures into your sheet; your formulas and charts do the rest.

The decision it supports
- What did we sell, collect and hold this month, in the format our review already uses?
How it works
- 1
Step 1: Choose the figures
Sales register, account summaries or pending bills. - 2
Step 2: Script the export
A script reads them and writes them to your sheet with your Google account’s access. - 3
Step 3: Review in your sheet
Your existing formulas and charts use the fresh figures.
BUSY data it reads
Sales register · Account monthly summary · Customers with pending bills
What you need to set up
- A Google account and a sheet.
- A script, tested and activated.
Plus reads your BUSY data, with scripting and Google Sheets; Pro adds accounting writes; Max adds the AI Agent, which is not available yet. Go, below Plus, includes none of these. Every plan, the free trial included, has the end-to-end encrypted BUSY backup. Local mode and Cloud mode are not tied to a plan. The free trial gives Pro-level features, without the AI Agent.
What you control
- You decide what is written and who can open the sheet.

Where the data goes
- Figures go from your PC to your Google sheet.
Limits
- A configurable pattern, not a built-in Google connector.
