Enrollment links the PC to your organization. It is done once, with a code created in the portal.

Create the code in the portal

  1. Step 1: Open Device

    In the portal, open “Device” and choose “Set up a PC”. You can give the PC a name, for example ACCOUNTS-PC.

  2. Step 2: Create the code

    Choose “Create code”. The code expires in 15 minutes and can be used once.

  3. Step 3: Copy it

    The code is shown once and cannot be retrieved. Choose “Copy code”, then “I have saved it”. If you lose it, revoke it and create another.

Enter it on the PC

In the Windows app, the “Enroll this PC” screen asks for the “Enrollment code”. Paste it and choose “Enroll this PC”. The code stays hidden and is not saved on the PC. When it succeeds, the app shows your organization and subscription; choose “Continue”, then create your local unlock.

If enrolment fails

  • “That enrollment code is not valid. It may be mistyped, expired or revoked.” — check the code or create a new one.
  • “That enrollment code has already been used. Ask for a new code.”
  • “The AI Zeny cloud could not be reached. Check the connection and try again.”
