Create the local unlock password or PIN
After enrolling, you create a password or PIN that unlocks AI Zeny on this PC only.

Create it
On “Create your unlock password or PIN”, enter a password or a PIN of 4 to 6 digits in “Password or PIN”, type it again, and choose “Create and continue”.
- It is not your AI Zeny portal password, and it is never sent anywhere.
- AI Zeny stores it one way only and cannot show it to you again.
- You enter it each time AI Zeny opens.
If you forget it
Nothing can recover it. On the unlock screen choose “Forgot your password or PIN?”: a Windows administrator on that PC approves a reset, and you choose a new one. Your enrolment and subscription are unchanged.
