Reset your portal password
A forgotten portal password is reset with a one-time code sent to the email address or WhatsApp number registered for your organization.

If you forgot it
Step 1: Choose where to get a code
On “Reset your password”, choose “Recover through Email” or “Recover through WhatsApp” and enter that registered, verified contact. Either one is enough.Step 2: Enter the code
If the contact belongs to an organization account, a six-digit code is sent to it. Enter it and choose “Verify code”. The code expires in 10 minutes and can be used once; “Resend code” sends a new one after a short wait. At most two codes are sent by email and two by WhatsApp in 24 hours, so if they are used up, try the other way or wait.Step 3: Choose a new password
On “Choose a new password”, enter it twice and choose “Update password”. Every session for the account is signed out; sign in with the new password.
Partner and AI Zeny administrator accounts choose “Get a reset link by email” instead, and open the single-use link they receive.
If you are signed in
On “Profile”, use the “Password” card: enter your current password and a new one of at least 12 characters, then “Change password”. Your other sessions are signed out.
Not the Windows unlock
The portal password is separate from the local unlock on your PC.
