BUSY integration

Connect BUSY Accounting to the rest of your business

There are two ways to connect BUSY to other software with AI Zeny: let the other system call the API, or let a script on your PC push BUSY data to it. Which one fits depends on who starts the exchange.

Choosing how to connect

  • If the other system can call an API — your website, portal or app — it reads BUSY through AI Zeny whenever it needs to.
  • If the other system expects to receive data — a sheet, a CRM or a messaging provider — a JavaScript script on your PC reads BUSY and sends the data there.
  • Both approaches use your own accounts with the other systems; AI Zeny does not act as those systems.

The two patterns

  1. Step 1: Pull: the other system calls the API

It uses an API token you created and scoped, and receives JSON answers.
  2. Step 2: Push: a script sends BUSY data out

A script in the Windows app reads BUSY and calls the other system with your credentials for it.
  3. Step 3: Write back with approval

Where the other system produces transactions — orders, receipts — they can become BUSY vouchers after you authorize them.

What you need to set up

  • The AI Zeny Windows app connected to your BUSY company.
  • For pull: an API token for the calling system.
  • For push: a script, written by you or drafted by the AI agent (Max; not available yet), and your account with the target system.

Plus reads your BUSY data, with scripting and Google Sheets; Pro adds accounting writes; Max adds the AI Agent, which is not available yet. Go, below Plus, includes none of these. Every plan, the free trial included, has the end-to-end encrypted BUSY backup. Local mode and Cloud mode are not tied to a plan. The free trial gives Pro-level features, without the AI Agent.

What you control

  • Tokens limit which companies a caller can read; scripts reach only the systems you give them.
  • A script calls the API only after you activate it.

Scripts

Scripts are stored and run in the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC — also when you use Cloud mode — whether you write them yourself or the AI agent drafts them. Inactive scripts can run for previews and tests, and those runs have real effects; API use requires you to activate the script.

Your provider

You choose the provider, configure it and use your own account with it. Its permissions, charges and terms are between you and the provider; they are not part of the AI Zeny trial.

Where the data goes

  • Pull: BUSY data goes from the PC to the calling system through the API.
  • Push: BUSY data goes from the PC directly to the system your script calls.

Local mode: Requests are answered by the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC. In ordinary operation AI Zeny does not persistently store the accounting data in those answers.

Cloud mode: encrypted snapshots synchronized approximately every 10–15 minutes, readable around the clock. Cloud-mode answers reflect the last completed synchronization, not live data.

Exception, in either mode: with your explicit consent, a small sample can be sent to OpenAI to correct a wrong AI-built query. AI Zeny deletes its own temporary copy after the correction; what OpenAI keeps is governed by OpenAI’s terms.

Limits

  • Each connection is a pattern you configure; no vendor-specific connector is included.
  • The target system’s own limits, permissions and charges apply.
