API token register
A CSV template for keeping track of your AI Zeny API tokens by label, purpose, scope, expiry, rotation and revocation — never the tokens themselves.

- One row per token: the system and its purpose, the token’s label in the portal, a masked identifier (the prefix the portal shows, never the full token), company scope, expiry, where the secret is kept, owner, and the dates it was created, rotated or revoked.
- Keep the token itself only in a secret manager or your system’s secure configuration — never in this file, an ordinary spreadsheet, email or chat. The register records the name of the secret-manager entry, not the secret.
- Record passwords and other credentials nowhere in this file either.
