Choose Local or Cloud mode
You choose how your integrations reach your BUSY data. The free trial includes both modes.

Local mode (every plan and the free trial)
Requests are answered by the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC, so the PC must be on and connected. In ordinary operation AI Zeny does not persistently store the accounting data in those answers.
Cloud mode (Pro)
Encrypted snapshots of your BUSY data are stored on AI Zeny’s server and synchronized approximately every 10–15 minutes, so your integrations can read the synchronized data around the clock, even when the PC is off. Cloud-mode answers reflect the last completed synchronization, not live data.
In both modes
Scripts are stored and run in the AI Zeny Windows app on your PC — also when you use Cloud mode — whether you write them yourself or the AI agent drafts them. Inactive scripts can run for previews and tests, and those runs have real effects; API use requires you to activate the script.
